Tango DJ Xenia posted a group of nifty Donato songs from 1930-31, including this one (5:50 in the video below). I didn't find the lyrics online, so I did my own transcription and translation. It's just an estribillo, a short refrain of one verse, as was typical for the period. I think I got it nailed down, but corrections are always welcome! And thanks for sharing, Xenia! You're the best.

Palabras Falsas (Deceptive Words)
Music: Manuel Aguilar
Lyrics: Bautista Lauro Fernández
Transcribed and translated by Tango Decoder
There’s no longer any reason in your mind,
you're living now without hope.
From your lips now will be heard
nothing but deceptive words.
You speak of "us" in the past tense
without saying that you will be able to love.
What's to be expected but betrayal
from a woman without a heart?
No hay más razón en tu mente
vives tu ya sin ilusión
ya no se oirán de tu boca
mas que palabras de falsedad
de lo nuestro se hablas haber
y ya sin hablar que podrás querer
que es esperar sino traicion
de una mujer sin corazon
